The Public Leadership Initiative (PLI), a new program of the Leadership Center, resets the agenda for leadership development in the 21st century and positions Morehouse College as a key participant in the delivery of leadership services.
The program advances the Ethical Leadership ModelTM in the public leadership domain and trains professionals in business, public service, religion, science and technology and higher education.
The PLI training curriculum is based on the cultivation of character, civility, and community, using extensive research and practice in both the private and public spheres of leadership. Training is delivered through keynote addresses, customized workshops, conferences, roundtables and other vehicles, combining distance learning with face-to-face collaborative discourse.
