Over the past year, the College leadership, student leaders and other members of our community have been examining and working to refine our policies and procedures pertaining to the handling of complaints of sexual assault, sexual harassment, etc. As an outcome of that work, we are sharing the new Sexual Misconduct Policy effective Fall 2016. This policy and the accompanying procedures speak to how we will handle sexual misconduct complaints involving students.
This fall, we will offer a variety of trainings on the new policy and procedures and all faculty and staff will be required to complete the training. Training will also be provided to students.
