Do you know the man on the moon?

The 23-year-old Cleveland, Ohio native, Kid Cudi ruptures your ear drums with a sound that can simply be called 'Hip-hop folklore'. It may sound slightly unappealing, but songs like “Pillow Talk”, “Man on the Moon” and his first single featured on iTunes, “Day N Night,” from his mixtape “A Kid named Cudi” will quickly change your mind. His lyrical content is filled with storytelling and explanations about himself and his life. As he states on his website, www.kidcudi.com, he “vows to put his heart into each record, so after hearing each song you can feel like you actually know him.” In case you need more proof of this kid’s abilities, Cudi was recently signed to Kanye’s record label "G.O.O.D Music" and he will be featured twice on Kanye’s fourth album "808’s and Heartbreaks," releasing this November. Cudi will also release his first album, “Man on the Moon,” next year.
