ONLINE REQUEST FOR A PARKING PERMIT,
AND/OR AN OFF-CAMPUS MEAL PLAN

2009-2010 REQUEST(S) FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES: ONLINE ONLY

In an effort to provide better and more expeditious customer service, all requests to use any excess funds on your student account to charge financial services must be done on the online form.  The chargeable financial services are book accounts, parking permits, and off-campus meal plans.  UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE, COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM EACH SEMESTER.  

Eligibility Requirements:  Eligibility may be established with a current credit balance or a projected credit balance on the student’s account after payment of the term charges and any old balance.  Also, a book scholarship may be used to establish a book account.

Note:  Application is by semester.  Beginning July 1 and December 1, requests will be accepted for the fall and spring terms, respectively.
 Requests will not be processed if both application periods are checked.

Request for Transmittal of Book Account Eligibility

  • THE OPTION TO CHARGE BOOKS TO YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT FOR THE 2009-2010 ACADEMIC YEAR CLOSED ON FEBRUARY 12, 2010.
  • USE YOUR STUDENT REFUND OR OTHER CASH TO PURCHASE BOOKS.
   



Request for Campus Parking Permit
 


Parking permits go on sale as follows:
Monday, August 10, at 8:30 a.m. for the fall semester; and
Friday, January 8, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. for the spring semester.

 
  • A Campus Parking Permit costs $230 for the semester.
  • One non-transferable permit will be issued to each eligible student.
  • Prerequisites are official enrollment, a valid Morehouse student ID for the semester, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
  • Parking permits are available to sophomores, juniors and seniors only.
  • FRESHMEN ARE INELIGIBLE FOR PARKING PERMITS.  See the College Catalog for the definition of a freshman.
   

 


Request for an Off-Campus Meal Plan

Important Notes:

  • If you have an off-campus meal plan at the end of the fall semester, reapplication is not required.  The College will activate the same meal plan for you for the spring semester.  However, if you do not wish to continue the meal plan, notify the Office of Student Accounts in writing prior to the beginning of the spring semester.  Otherwise, meal plan charges for the spring term will appear on your account.

  • Only off-campus students and occupants of the Otis Moss Suites may participate in these meal plans.
  • The meal plan week runs from Sunday through Saturday.
  • Unused meals are forfeited.
