The combined choirs of about 200 singers will perform a mixture of new selections and traditional favorites. One of the holiday favorites featured each year is “Betelehemu” performed by the Morehouse College Glee Club. It is a rousing African folk song accompanied by drums. Its soulful rhythms inevitably bring audiences to their feet. Other favorites that will be performed are: “And The Glory of the Lord” from Handel’s Messiah, “Galician Christmas Carol”, “O Holy Night” “Rockin’ for the World”, and “New Born”

Each year more than 6,500 supporters attend the concerts, which are free and open to the public. The choral performance has appeared on national television for the past several years airing on the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and has been recognized across the nation as the foremost Christmas performance in Atlanta.
