Who We Are
The Office of Information Technology Service Desk has six full-time
staff members, including a User Services Supervisor. Every staff member
has earned various professional certifications in computer consulting.
In addition to full-time staff, the Service Desk relies on about four to eight
part-time student employees. Their primary goal is to assist Morehouse students
with their desktop and/or laptop issues within reason. Student workers typically
work in the Service Desk area for about 20 hours per week providing assistance
over the phone and/or in the office.
What We Do
The Office of Information Technology Service Desk is available to answer
questions, resolve problems, and provide information about computer use
and information technology at Morehouse College. The Service Desk has
been designed to be the single point of contact and the central source
for help with and for information about computing and information technology
at Morehouse College.
