Information Technology

Who We Are

The Office of Information Technology Service Desk has six full-time staff members, including a User Services Supervisor. Every staff member has earned various professional certifications in computer consulting.
In addition to full-time staff, the Service Desk relies on about four to eight part-time student employees. Their primary goal is to assist Morehouse students with their desktop and/or laptop issues within reason. Student workers typically work in the Service Desk area for about 20 hours per week providing assistance over the phone and/or in the office.
