Faculty Development at Morehouse College
Morehouse College is committed to supporting and developing faculty to ensure that faculty remain engaged in cutting-edge research and scholarship, innovative and effective teaching, leadership, and civic engagement and service to the community.
The Faculty Development Center provides training, conversations, and support to enhance the pedagogy of faculty at the College.
The Office of Academic Affairs provides funding to support faculty engagement in research presentations and attendance at professional and disciplinary meetings. Academic Affairs also sponsors the Faculty Research Café, an informal opportunity for faculty to present research and pedagogical innovation, discuss ideas and build collaborations among faculty in the Morehouse College community.
