DEAR PARENTS ALUMNI AND FRIENDS:

On behalf of President Robert M. Franklin '75, the 10th President of Morehouse College and the entire Morehouse community, we welcome you to Homecoming 2007: A Field of Dreams celebrating the dawning of a new day at Morehouse. During this time, we expect thousands of alumni and friends to return to the campus to celebrate and enjoy a wonderful Morehouse/Spelman Homecoming Weekend.

The weekend will be filled with many opportunities to meet and greet our new President and First Lady, Robert and Cheryl Franklin and welcome our new Head Football Coach Richard Freeman and his staff, among other activities. Most especially, we want you to join us and support our Fighting Maroon Tigers, as we defeat our AUC rival, the Panthers of Clark Atlanta University.

A Renaissance Era has begun. Please join President Franklin for a Town Hall Meeting on Friday, October 19 at 3:00 pm in Sale Hall Chapel, as he solicits your thoughts and ideas during Homecoming Weekend.
