Instructional Technology

The central mission of Instructional Technology Services is to provide campus-wide leadership on matters relating to instruction in the classroom, utilizing the latest technological developments in on-line learning. By coordinating a variety of faculty development workshops and training's, the Instructional Technology group provides learning opportunities for staff and faculty. Instructional Technology Consultants are available to support any on-line effort to design and deliver course content over the Morehouse intranet.
Faculty Development Workshops
A core curriculum has been developed to empower all faculty and staff to utilize the Morehouse Intranet System Tigernet, as an effective communication and scheduling tool. The on-line course development module Campus Connex, is presented to aid faculty in providing a variety of ways for disseminating information to students. For the instructors looking to create web content for class or intranet purposes, web authoring workshops are also scheduled.
All workshops take place in the Electronic Classroom Instructional Lab.
