Stevenson A. Wayne Crosse was recently appointed the new
associate vice president for human resources.

Crosse has more than 20 years of progressive human resources experience with quality Fortune 500 companies and governmental agencies.

Prior to joining the Morehouse staff, Crosse was senior vice
president-director of recruiting at MBNA American Bank in Kennesaw,
Georgia. During his tenure with MBNA, he was director of personnel, vice
president-employee manager, and assistant vice president-affirmative action
officer.

He also has held positions as director of personnel with the City
of Wilmington and personnel administrator with the state of Delaware. At
Mobil Oil, Wayne held positions as career development and compensation
supervisor, senior employee relations advisor and employee relations
specialist.

He has a master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations
from the University of Wisconsin and a bachelor's degree in Business
Administration from the University of Delaware.

Wayne and his wife, Rose Marie, are the parents of two children and live in
Acworth, Georgia.
