Study Abroad

Morehouse students are encouraged to study abroad. An international experience as part of the Morehouse tenure is viewed as one of the best investments a student can make. To facilitate students studying abroad, the College offers over 200 study abroad programs. Each year approximately 250 Men of Morehouse travel abroad.

In order to participate in these travel opportunities, students must meet the following requirements:

    • Complete thirty Morehouse semester hours.
    • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75, and have the approval of their academic advisor.
    • Have declared an academic major.
    • Obtain clearance from the Morehouse Office of Student Conduct

As you consider your reasons for wanting a study a study abroad experience, review the information contained in this section of the website or visit the Study Abroad Office located in the Leadership Center, room 322.
