March 15, 2005 -- The coaching staff of the Morehouse track and field team cordially invites you to come and support the team on March 17- 19 at the 35th Annual Morehouse College Relays.
The relays will be held at B.T. Harvey Stadium and will feature many of Morehouse’s most talented student-athletes. The event will also include top track and field performers from Atlanta area high schools and colleges and universities across the Southeast.
Tops among the talented Morehouse athletes are Cameron Dayne, Randall Flimmons, Josiah Lagat, Keith Moffatt and Javonie Small, to name but a few.
High jumper Keith Moffatt and triple jumper Cameron Dayne have just returned from capturing national titles in their respective events at the NCAA Division II National Indoor Championships, held in Boston, last weekend.
Moffatt, who captured the NCAA DII title last year, is also the reigning SIAC high jump champ and finished fourth at the 2004 Olympic trials, coming within a quarter of an inch of representing Morehouse in Athens.
A schedule of events and results from last year can be found at www.coacho.com/meet/info/ga_morehouse/Morehouse_Relays/.
