September 13, 2008 – ALBANY, GA – Morehouse captured third place in the six-team cross country meet, hosted by Albany State University.

The Maroon Tigers finished ahead of Fort Valley State, Andrews College and Albany State, but behind Florida A&M and Darton College in the 8K race.

Kenneth Skinner ran a 31:35.13, to finish first for the Maroon Tigers and tenth overall.

Jeremy Tinsley took second for Morehouse and 15th overall, in a time of 33:38.95.

Damian Prince ran the course in 35:56.00 and came in third for Morehouse and 21st overall. Kevin Minott grabbed the fourth Morehouse spot and 23rd overall spot, with a time of 38:07.47.

Brenden Fludd (41:24.19) and David Robinson (42:21.52) crossed the line one after another in the 27th and 28th positions.

Emmanuel Germany pulled up the rear for the Maroon Tigers, in a time of 45:27.74.
