February 21, 2007 – MEMPHIS, TN – Morehouse ended the regular season on a sour note with a 73-51 loss to LeMoyne-Owen.

The loss ended the only three-game losing streak of the season and dropped the team to 9-15, the worst record in more than 20 years.

Morehouse never led in this game and shot a lowly 33.3 percent from the field and 47 percent from the free throw line.

James Beasley paced the Maroon Tigers, with 14 points and 10 rebounds, to record his fourth double-double of the season.

Will Belton scored 11 points, grabbed three rebounds and made three steals.

Marlon Ferguson poured in 10 points and pulled down eight rebounds.

Four Magicians scored in double figures, to propel LOC to 12-14 (10-11 SIAC). Jihad Sharif led the way with game highs in points (17) and rebounds (12).
