April 16, 2008 – TUSCALOOSA, AL – Walter-John McGowan and Ralph Woolfolk made the starting lineup of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference’s All-Academic Baseball Team.

Woolfolk, a junior English major from Atlanta, boasts a 3.69 gpa. and has been the Morehouse starting catcher and a team leader for four years. He also made the All-Academic last season.

McGowan, a sophomore from Tuskegee, AL, is a psychology major with a 3.64 grade-point-average. A backup catcher and designated hitter, McGowan is one of the team’s most dependable hitters.

Both players received plaques for their accomplishments.
