The OEC provides education and training to develop compliance awareness and commitment. All employees must complete general ethics and compliance training. In addition, all employees receive annual ethics and compliance refresher training. The Code of Conduct is used as the foundation for this training.
In addition to general compliance training, specialized compliance training is conducted
throughout the College for faculty and staff engaged in federal grants. Training is also
conducted by the Human Resources Department and the Safety Officer.
Training may be delivered through live sessions, computer-based training or pre-recorded
CDs or DVDs.
