Copies of Reports
Made available upon request; report request forms must be filled out and turned into the office. Copies will be available 48 hrs (business days) after the form has been submitted.
Security for Special Functions
If you are a student organizing a special
function, please contact Support Services to
secure the necessary forms. Once you receive
the approval of your advisor and Student Services,
the form is forwarded to Support Services. Support
Services then works with Campus Safety to determine
the appropriate level of involvement on the
part of the campus police.
