Established in 1938, the Division of Business Administration & Economics offers a B.A. in business administration and a B.A. in economics. Business administration students must concentrate in accounting, finance, management or marketing, and may also pursue a minor in economics.
The Business Administration program prepares students to become successful managers and to develop a leadership perspective. Accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the program sponsors chapters of Omicron Delta Epsilon (The International Honor Society for Economics) and Beta Gamma Sigma (the honor society for AACSB-accredited business programs)
The Economics program prepares students for careers as economic practitioners and researchers in the for-profit corporate and business environment, the nonprofit private sector, academia and government.
