Established in 1938, the Division of Economics and Business Administration at Morehouse College offers the B.A. in Economics and the B.A. in Business Administration. Students majoring in business administration must select one of the following functional area concentrations: accounting, finance, management, or marketing. A minor in economics is also offered.

The Business Administration Program is accredited by AACSB—The International Association for Management Education. The Department sponsors chapters of Omicron Delta Epsilon (international honor society in economics) and Beta Gamma Sigma (the honor society for AACSB accredited business programs).

Morehouse College was named in honor of Henry L. Morehouse, the corresponding secretary of the Atlanta Baptist Home Mission Society.
