Name: Corporate Partnership Program
Objective:

The Corporate Partnership Program (CPP) provides an opportunity for organizations and individuals to assist the Division in realizing its vision of excellence in the preparation of students for service to humanity through leadership in the profit and not-for-profit sectors of the global economy. Your financial and participative support provides the human and financial resources needed to develop world-class leaders and professionals in the fields of business, entrepreneurship, and economics.

As a result of your support, you will have an opportunity to interact with the students, faculty and administration of the Division. All participants in the CPP will receive recognition at the Division’s signature events and their organization’s name will be prominently displayed on the CPP board located in the Leadership Building.

Director’s Level

  • Table at E.B. Williams Awards Program – our annual honors banquet held on April 26, 2007
  • Spring Tour Sponsor – our annual trip with 20 students exposing them to international business.
  • Priority Recruiting Date – access to priority interview schedules on the Morehouse campus
  • Resume Portfolio – access to the e-recruiting database of students registered to interview
  • Career Day Reception – a reception the night before Career Day in September
  • Directors Workshop Series – a weekly workshop on corporate life run by Benjamin McLaurin in Career Services.

Dean’s Level

  • Morehouse Business Association Sponsorship - Largest Student Organization on Campus
     
    • Spring Symposium – (see information below)
    • Tailgate – a pre-game cookout at one of our night football games.
    • Holiday Program – our celebration at the end of the first semester.
    • Golf Tournament – a Saturday morning outing and cookout with the students near Career Day.

Name: Spring Symposium
Objective:

Each year, the Morehouse Business Association brings high caliber students from various disciplines together to learn more about the business world at our annual three-day conference.

Activities for this year’s symposium include:

  • Various workshops surrounding this year’s theme
  • The Annual Case Competition
  • Golf and tennis tournaments

By sponsoring the Spring Symposium, your company:

  • Enhances its image within the college community (Morehouse, Spelman, CAU);
  • Generates increased awareness and appreciation of their business among the student body;
  • Cultivates relationships with students through interaction outside an academic setting;
Aids students in the preparation of transitioning from the academic to the corporate environment.
